Meet Jenn
I’m a neuroscientist turned health coach. I work with people who want evidence-based support to improve their wellbeing—without extremes, gimmicks, or vague advice.
Most of my clients are thoughtful, capable, and genuinely trying. What they’re usually missing isn’t effort, but guidance that actually makes sense for their body and their life. We’re all different, with different goals and constraints, and support should meet us where we are and help us move forward from there.
My background is in neuroscience and public health, and I’m trained in evidence-based health coaching. In practice, that means I help people understand what’s really going on, cut through the noise, and turn good intentions into habits that last. I don’t believe in rigid rules or one-size-fits-all plans. Bodies respond differently. Stress matters. Context matters.
We focus on weight loss, energy, and overall health by working with your physiology, routines, and nervous system—not fighting them. The goal isn’t perfection.
