I combine behavior change principles, health education, and neuroscience-informed coaching to help people better understand their habits, stress, routines, and decision-making patterns , not just follow rigid plans or temporary fixes.

The goal is to help people build approaches to health that are informed, adaptable, and realistic enough to maintain over time.

Many workplace wellness initiatives fail because they focus on surface-level motivation without addressing stress, behavior, workload, or the realities people are navigating day to day.

My workshops are designed to make health information more accessible, practical, and relevant to real working environments. Sessions focus on stress resilience, burnout prevention, sustainable performance, behavior change, and health literacy using evidence-based approaches that people can realistically apply in everyday life.

Workshops are also designed to support greater awareness and understanding of existing wellness and employee support resources, helping organizations improve engagement with the services already available to their teams while providing practical tools employees can begin using immediately.
