Women's health deserves better literacy, better strategy, and better outcomes.

I created the NEBA framework—NeuroEndo Balance Alignment using my training as a clinical neuroscientist and my background in women’s health.
NEBA translates clinical research into real-world strategies for managing hormonal health, metabolic stress, and nervous system regulation.

This work is not about symptom-chasing.
It’s about building literacy, capacity, and sustainable change based on how your physiology actually functions—not how it’s been oversimplified or dismissed.

Evidence-Based.
Client-Led.
Outcomes-Focused.

Education first. Clients leave with a better understanding of their health than most practitioners provide.

Strategy over trends. Interventions are based on biological principles, not industry cycles or fads.

Partnership over hierarchy. You’re not treated as a passive recipient—you’re an active participant in building your outcomes.

Long-term capacity. The goal is not dependence on coaching. It’s competence after coaching.

My Guiding Principles

Evidence over Trends

I don’t follow industry cycles. I follow clinical research, biological principles, and long-term outcomes.

integrity & trust

Every tool, recommendation, and interaction is grounded in transparency, honesty, and respect. Trust is earned through actions, not assumed

Literacy Is Power

Knowing how your body works changes how you advocate for yourself—for life. I coach to build health literacy, not dependence.

Clarity Before Complexity

True health literacy starts with understanding—not overwhelm. You deserve to know why something matters before you’re asked to change it.

Progress over Perfection

Biology isn’t perfect. Life isn’t perfect. Health is about capacity, adaptability, and resilience—not rigid standards.

Systems Matter:
Coaching Must Be Contextual

Health doesn’t happen in a vacuum. My coaching acknowledges the real impact of systems—including race, gender, economic access, and historical bias—on health outcomes. Intersectional awareness is embedded in every conversation, without tokenism or over-simplification.

Your improvement is a reflection of
my coaching and your commitment

I take both seriously
