1:1 Health & Performance Coaching
This option is for people who want personalized, goal-driven coaching—without enrolling in a full program or course.
These are standalone coaching sessions grounded in state-of-the-art training through Wellcoaches, integrating behavior change science, motivational interviewing, and evidence-based health coaching. Sessions are collaborative, focused, and adaptive, meeting you where you are and adjusting as your goals evolve.
Rather than working through a preset curriculum, our work together is shaped entirely by your priorities—whether that’s performance, health behavior change, recovery, confidence, or navigating a specific challenge. Each session is guided by what will be most useful right now, while still keeping longer-term goals in view.
This is ideal for people who know what they want to work on and value having a high-level coach to think, plan, and problem-solve alongside them.
