The person behind Elevate

Hi, I’m Jenn.

I translate complex health science into clear, practical support for better decisions and lasting change—in everyday life and in the workplaces people help shape.

Why Elevate exists

Health information should help people—not leave them more overwhelmed.

Scientific education can explain what is happening in the body and brain. Real life adds context: competing priorities, stress, access, values, habits, and environments that shape what is actually possible.

Elevate exists to bridge that distance. Jenn’s work focuses on making evidence easier to understand, evaluate, and use without turning health into a rigid set of rules.

Understanding matters. So does what you can realistically do with it.

Philosophy

Better decisions require more than more information.

Useful support considers the person, the evidence, and the conditions surrounding the decision.

Health literacy: information people can understand and assess.
Context: real constraints, environments, and access.
Behavior: change that accounts for how people actually live.
Autonomy and values: informed choices without judgment.

Clear boundaries are part of credible support.

Health coaching and education can support understanding, decision-making, and behavior change. They do not diagnose or treat medical conditions and are not a substitute for medical care.
