Website content and scope
Elevate with Jenn provides educational information about health literacy, wellbeing and behavior change. Coaching and education support understanding, decision-making and behavior change; they do not diagnose or treat medical conditions and do not replace medical care.
Resources and website content provide general information. They do not establish a clinical relationship, prescribe treatment or guarantee a particular result. Individual circumstances and outcomes vary.
Use of materials
Unless a specific permission is stated, materials provided by Elevate with Jenn are intended for the recipient’s personal educational use. Obtain permission before redistributing, selling or republishing them. Third-party resources remain subject to their owners’ terms and rights. Nothing in these terms is intended to restrict uses permitted by applicable law.
Use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with security or submit another person’s private information without an appropriate basis.
Inquiries, bookings and payment
Sending an inquiry or booking a free consultation does not purchase a paid service. Before any paid engagement, you receive the exact scope, price, deliverables, timing, payment arrangements, cancellation terms and service agreement.
Health Clarity begins with a request followed by manual confirmation, payment arrangements and scheduling. Individual offers are $195 USD for a 75-minute Health Clarity Session and $1,200 USD for six private coaching sessions across 12 weeks. No online checkout or automatic renewal is activated on this website.
External services and resources
Booking, email delivery and other features may use third-party providers. Their terms and privacy notices apply to their services. Resource links are provided for education; they do not create a guarantee that external content is complete, current or appropriate for every person.
International clients and statutory rights
Availability is subject to coaching scope and the applicable requirements in the client’s location. Prices in USD do not remove local consumer rights. Service eligibility and terms are confirmed before acceptance.
Nothing in these terms or the cancellation policy excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Additional distance-contract information, withdrawal rights and any necessary early-performance consent are addressed before accepting relevant paid engagements.
Before a paid engagement
Individual coaching and organizational work have separate written service terms. Those terms set out roles, confidentiality and its limits, fees, deliverables, records, cancellations and ending the relationship. Organizational scope and pricing are agreed in a proposal.
