Coaching and education support understanding, decision-making and behavior change. Work may include clarifying goals, understanding general health information, preparing questions for appointments and building realistic habits. The client remains responsible for decisions and participation.

Coaching does not diagnose or treat medical conditions, prescribe or change medication, interpret tests as a clinical service, or replace medical or mental-health care. Diagnosis, treatment and medication decisions belong with appropriately licensed professionals. A Health Action Map is an educational summary of priorities and agreed next steps, not a treatment plan.

Articles and external links are educational resources. Evidence can change, and a general resource cannot account for every individual circumstance. Coaching does not guarantee symptom improvement, a diagnosis, a particular health outcome or a specific financial or workplace result.

Do not send detailed health histories or medical records through website inquiry forms. Discuss any later intake requirements through the separately reviewed service process.
