Who this notice covers
Elevate with Jenn is operated by Jennifer Crowell. This notice explains how information collected through elevatewithjenn.com and related inquiries is used. Contact jenn@elevatewithjenn.com with privacy questions or requests.
Information collected and purposes
Website forms collect the contact details and non-sensitive information you provide, such as your name, email, service interest, organization, role and project or scheduling details. We use this information to respond, discuss fit and arrange next steps. Submission records may also contain an IP address and browser or device information.
Please do not submit diagnoses, medications, test results, medical records or detailed health histories through website forms or ordinary email. These initial inquiry channels are not a clinical-record service.
Sending an inquiry or requesting a consultation does not enroll you in a newsletter.
Processing grounds and choices
We use inquiry information to respond to the steps you request before a possible service agreement and for proportionate business administration and security. Where a processing activity requires consent, it must be obtained for that activity separately. Any later paid-service intake has its own information and terms.
You can ask us to stop further inquiry follow-up by emailing the contact above. Requirements and rights depend on the activity and applicable law.
Providers and disclosures
The website uses WordPress and Elementor on Hostinger. Inquiry records are stored in WordPress, and notifications are sent through the Hostinger mailbox to Jenn’s Gmail. A minimal Google Sheets register may be used for lead status, without clinical notes. Consultation booking uses Calendly with Google Calendar and Google Meet.
Hosting, security, email, booking and asset-delivery providers may process technical or contact information needed to provide their services. Some page markup references Google Fonts. External booking and resource destinations have their own privacy notices. Providers may process information outside your country.
Search Console is used for search reporting. Do not provide payment-card details or detailed health information through inquiry forms, ordinary email or a lead-status sheet.
Cookies and analytics
Website hosting and features may use cookies or similar technology for operation and security. When you follow an external booking or resource link, that provider’s own technology and privacy notice apply. We do not currently use analytics cookies or newsletter tracking. If that changes, this notice will be updated first.
Any future tracking setup must describe its actual purposes and visitor choices before activation. Inquiry messages, names, email addresses and health information must not be sent as analytics-event parameters.
Retention, security and requests
Non-client inquiries are reviewed for deletion 12 months after the last meaningful contact unless a documented business or legal reason requires longer. If an inquiry becomes a client relationship, the relevant service and administrative record requirements are considered separately. Deletion from active records does not necessarily mean immediate removal from retained backups.
Information is used only for its documented purpose, with access limited to what is needed for that purpose. Please email privacy requests to jenn@elevatewithjenn.com. We may ask for proportionate information to verify a request without seeking unnecessary identity documents.
Depending on applicable law, rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent and a complaint to the relevant privacy authority. Requests are handled within applicable legal time limits.
